ACCOMMODATION:
The mythical Siramoen Lodge with a long tradition, the owner of the lodge does not allow taking pictures of its interior, preserving the magic of history for those lucky enough to visit it. FISHING SCHEDULE:
The fishing schedule is 24 hours a day, except from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for rest, since the entire river remains closed to fishing.
EIRA RIVER
The Eria River has its origin in the western mountains of Norway, it is approximately 10 km long in its first section and it is a typical Norwegian river with totally crystalline waters. This river was famous for its large salmon weighing more than 30kg before its waters were regulated through Aursjön, Mardöla and Mardalforsen. In any case, its first waters along the fjord and the first pools of the river, it is common to catch a large number of salmon between 3 to 8 kg and often salmon of more than two years of sea up to 17kg. Today, the first part of the river is one of the places most in demand by the international fishing community and access to it is practically impossible. POOLS AND FISHING
The pools are of incalculable beauty and excellent for fly fishing. In some of the pools, Kirkhølen and The Chess pool, we can also use a good boat if the water level is high, which will help us not to miss any fishing options. As in most rivers, rotations are carried out so that everyone has the same opportunity to catch a salmon during their stay.
