How long does it take to send an order?

In this online store we have the commitment to deliver your order in Spain (peninsula) between 2 and 3 working days since your order is completed. This includes handling, packaging and shipping.

Since the payment is made, the estimated preparation time in store is 24 hours, and the order can be sent the same day of payment or the next working day. The estimated delivery time for the carrier is 24/48 hours. These are estimated times and may differ in some cases from the actual time.

If you pay by credit card we depend on the payment confirmation from the bank which is usually about 48 hours.

Do the prices of the products include taxes?

All prices shown on the website already include taxes and VAT.

How much are the national shipping costs?

The shipping costs to Spain and Andorra are 6.99 euros and to Portugal 10 euros.

How much are international shipping costs?

International shipping costs vary according to weight, volume of the product and country to be sent. That is why in the purchase gateway you have a simulator that will offer you the final price with shipping costs included. You can use this tool to check the final price before buying. Anyway if you follow the purchase process at the end you will be able to see the total price with the shipping costs included.

Do you ship to Argentina and Chile?

Who can benefit from TAX Free?

You can benefit from TAX free if you live outside the European Union, in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar. If your purchase is physically produced in the peninsula, you are entitled to a VAT refund.

From January 1st, 2019, the new regulations contained in the Law 37/1992, of December 28th, of the Value Added Tax are applied.

You can obtain, if you meet certain conditions, a refund of Value Added Tax (VAT), for the goods you have purchased during your stay in Spain.

Conditions that must be met:

When you leave Spanish territory, you will have to validate the DIVA document: Before the expiry of the third month following the month in which you bought the goods, when you leave the European Union. Remember to take your purchases with you, (they should not be invoiced before the form is validated).

How do I validate the DIVA Document? You can validate your forms in Spain, directly using the interactive terminals of the "DIVA" system, without having to go through the customs service offices.

WHERE can I find a "DIVA" interactive terminal? The "DIVA" interactive terminals are usually located near the customs offices, located at the exit points of the Spanish territory (international airports, seaports, land borders or at the tourist office in the centre of Barcelona).
